I’ve never bake a cake before in my life. They said butter cake is easy then i choose butter cake to be my first experimental. I bought the mixed powder from the supermarket near my house and then later i realized that i have no standing mixer. Basiclly all i have is a bowl and the paddle and my hand. haha!
My oven is so old and it doesn't working properly anymore. I coudn't adjust or control the heat beside i didn't know if i can bake a cake with this oven. Anyway it's something call experimental... then try again... fail again... fail better... ;)
Let's do it ... are you ready?
Ingredients (just don't follow me)
1 cup butter, softened
6 eggs
Mixed powder from the supermarket.
Preparation
Basiclly just don't follow me.
Soften the butter briefly in a warm place in the kitchen or in a microwave.
I used my microwave, it shoudn't melt like that...
Divide the ingredient into 2 portions, add eggs and mixed flour and beat them with the paddle.
Add the rest and continue beat
Ready to bake.
Bake in 180° - 200c°

I tried to cut the top of the cake and then bake it again, the same oven. it was working this time.

Hi everyone,
You’re invited to join the new group! I realized that I am so enjoy eating and
I can’t live without spicy food. I love to taste a new menu. I also love to
make a new experiment on cooking; I call it experiment because it’s not good
enough to call that cooking/
I think we can exchange the culture from the way we eat, the way we cook. As
Thai people love spicy food but we do love a very sweet dessert as well. Most
of Thai people can’t live with sandwish. They need to eat rice or noodle as a
regular meal.
Thailand
has many native fruits as well… such as Banana, Dragon Fruit, Durian, Guava,
etc…
Well, Tell
us more about your dishes, what is your regular meal and what is the recipe on
your mind.
I hope we can start to share!
Well, Don’t let me speak too much… you must join us!
I hope to see you guys there :->
Thanks!

I know pancake is too easy for somebody. It’s ridiculous to say that “Hey I can make pancake” It’s like you can boil an egg. But it’s not for me, I know pancake is easy but I didn’t think that it’s something I can do myself. I have friend who use to made a pancake for me, but now she is a bit far from me.
Anyway a few days ago… I went to the supermarket, they sold pancake mix flour … Suddenly I was kind of really wanted to try it out.
So that I finally bought the pancake mix flour and did my pancake experiment. :P
And You know what! It's edible!!!
If it's not perfect, that's okay, there are a lot more coming along. ~
My lunch for today is Phad Thai noodle stir fired. This is a popular classic Thai dish often served alone.Normally we eat together with vegetable, shirmp or squid..I think it's great menu for lunch. and you can cook at home
