I didn’t fell in love with Sushi when I first visited Japan, instead I was reject it. But when I left Japan, there was one thing I felt I really missed it was Sushi. I was kind of obsessive with Sushi since then. It’s really easy to find a Japanese resto around Bangkok, but I thought It would be nice if I can make that myself.
When an inspriation comes, I can't just wait... I have to do it as soon as i can!
So today is my Sushi day… Actually I didn’t have any cook book but I guess Google is everything… I got a recipes somewhere around the internet and finally i selected one, and here are the Sushi I made.. It wasn’t look so bad but need to improve about the shape, my knife wasn’t sharp enough. Still hoping to try one more time...

Since I
don’t have a good memory, when I had a chance to travel, I always thought How
to preserve those memories? I know that we have camera and videos but it
doesn’t sound like useful to me. Since I have no idea I’d rather keep my memory by write it down, I would write every single details I met, every
single problem I face, and one day I will re-read It again when I had to face
similar problem, to compare that if I deal with it the same way or not.
Remembering one time I have a problem with the accommodation in the Phillipines , I even cried and feel so lonely. But when the problem was faded away and I thought back and it was funny. When people asked me what do you like most in the Phillipines. I think I like to be there only with the same environment, same kind of peoples. Only 6 months I was there but it full of fun and adventure. I like those moment than those beaches or fantastic islands.
Lost in translation is a good movie and I like it a lot, because of I had the same way of those kind of problems when i was in Japan. I felt I was a stranger when I was there. I felt really happy to be away from home but I felt it was really hard for me to living there. But was the first place that teaches me friend is all around. Language wasn’t a problem as thought before. I think Japan would be my favorite place ever. I would go there just to watch a sunset. Most of all I love is the old culture that fit with the modern society and new technology around the town. I can’t believe I can find a temple just 5 minutes from Akihabara Electric town. I love to see Sumo walking as well as some woman wearing Kimono. I love Harajuku, the road of creative people. I like baseball and I love to eat sushi.
I didn’t felt lonely after several day, but instead I felt a difference way. And I am grateful for that.
Eating Pho in Thailand is easy, it take only 5 minutes to go to the restaurant. But well.. eating Pho in Vietnam is highly recommend. In Vietnam you don’t only eat noodles but you see a difference things, difference people and culture. When somebody ask, Aren’t Thailand and the same? Do you think NY and L.A.and are the same?
